Barn Ammenities

Primary Indoor Arena

204′ x 84′ indoor arena with premium footing and a heated, 12′ x 24′ viewing lounge complete with a kitchen and lounge area.

The indoor is connected to the main barn and to the secondary indoor arena.

Secondary Indoor Arena

A smaller, secondary indoor arena is connected to the primary indoor. It’s the perfect size for lunging, light flat rides, groundwork, and horesmanship.

Outdoor Arena

Outdoor arena with premium footing and a viewing gazebo as well as adirondack chairs.

The Barns

Each horse has a 12′ x 12′ stall with a full-view door into the aisle and double-dutch door with a window to the courtward and across the open space.

The main barn is also equipped with four grooming and wash stalls, two of which feature heaters for off-season bathing, and all have individual fans and lighting.

The main aisle, two 12′ x 20′ tack rooms, bathroom, and office are also heated in the winter.

Parking

There are two designated onsite parking lots, one located by each of the barns.

Turnout

The farm offers standard turnout paddocks, small grass field turnout, and herd turnout options available as appropriate with additional turnout being added Summer 2026.

On-Site Trainer

Epic Farm hosts trainer, Jaime Richard, who offers hunter/jumper lessons as well as training and exercise rides to Double B boarders who are interested in working with a trainer. Jaime works independently from Double B Stables and boarders are welcome to reach out and work directly with Jaime if that is something they are interested in pursuing.
